Hey! This is me, Jenn, at my first serious obstacle race.  Had to be wrestled into it by my co-workers at the time but that day really was a launch pad for me.  You see I had not been in any kind of goods shape since high school and about 3 months before the race I realized I’d had enough with feeling blah.

Next began a whole lot of trial and error and learning that what might work for the gifted athlete doesn’t always apply to the part-timer.

Now with many a Tough Mudder and other local fitness events under my belt I started this blog to review equipment and products and share tips that  everyday people trying to get into shape might find useful.
